Children Singing Peace

Dawn Ferguson and Children in HawaiiWorld peace. Most people want it – too few, in my opinion, are doing anything to create it. Viewed as a goal, world peace seems a daunting and improbable exercise for any individual to undertake. Yet, held as a vision in which you play even a small role while many others play their parts, world peace starts looking possible and even probable. What could you do, what are you willing to do, toward creating world peace?

Safe Harbour

A young woman with a green Mohawk runs into your premises and says that some other ‘kids’ are after her. She is scared and says she thinks they might hurt her. You look outside and can see a ‘gang of kids’ peering in the window. You can see that customers/clients are looking concerned. What needs might this person have? How might you respond?

Walking the labyrinth at Fleetwood Park an inspired idea arose linking 3 previously unrelated creative ideas I’d had. The result is the book I’m currently writing.

Alita's Sacred Journey

A friend and fellow author, Harry Derbitsky, shared his book with me prior to publishing. Harry gave it to me in pieces and I found myself eagerly awaiting the next bit. I saw myself in Alita, the main character, so was curious to learn more, not just about her journey, but also from it. The story is told in three parts. Each part is a journey in itself, yet all three are beautifully woven together, one building on the other toward enlightenment.
