Expect your Coach will:
- Assist you in determining where you are, where you've been, and where you want to go
- Ask you tough questions to ensure clarity, understanding, and to focus your thinking
- Think outside the box to brainstorm for ideas
- Provide timely constructive feedback on your ideas, actions, and outcomes
- Collaborate with you to define your goals and the action steps you'll take to achieve them
- Support you through action plan implementation
- Give structure for you to monitor your activity results
- Encourage you to do more of what works for you, and less of what doesn't
- Celebrate your successes
Your Coach expects You will:
- Be open and honest about yourself and provide an accurate self assessment
- Do the work and let the coach do the coaching
- As much as possible, suspend judgment long enough to 'try on' a new approach
- Be accountable for your actions or lack thereof
- Ask for what you need to ensure maximum benefit from the coaching relationship
- Plan and implement new life strategies to become more productive and financially able to spend your time doing what you love and loving what you do.
Initial complimentary coaching session allows both you and your coach to get a 'feel' for the coaching relationship and discuss how you can begin to Feel the Buzzzz!
